KRCA Homeowners
Board of Directors Meeting
July 17, 2013
7:00 PM Kilauea Neighborhood Center

Kalihiwai Ridge homeowners can find official minutes to KRCA Board of Directors meetings by setting up their own Account Log In at www.associaonline.com.  They can assist you in getting your 7 digit homeowner number.  After you have that you will then need to set up a User Name and Password.  You can also set up having the Agenda to these meetings sent to you by e-mail the day before the meetings are held every other month.

My Impressions

Hunting dogs on KR property
Dues not paid by 15% of our members
Barking dogs 75% better, but kennel needs a door and sprinklers
Non-compliance issues of a property owner discussed
H&H Study to be contracted soon, reviewed for two months by DLNR
Our spillway widened someday to 100 year flood standards
Throwaway ditch temporarily dammed to have lake retain water
Collapsed culvert replaced or removed, possibly during spillway work
Level of the lake through all this is still unknown

Starting in June there will continue to be a monthly Newsletter of My Impressions.  No longer about the reporting of the KRCA Board of Directors meetings, but rather my inspirations received from being on the lake and observing her wildlife/wetland habitat from shoreline and from my dream boat, Moe Moku.

Aloha,
Maggie Lea
